The Lightning Network Daemon (lnd) is a complete implementation of a Lightning Network node. In the tlv/v1.4.0 release, improvements have been made to tighten the final-hop CLTV validation, ensuring more robust handling of HTLCs and invoices. This update aligns the final-hop CLTV handling to enhance security and reliability within the Lightning Network.
